Core characteristics
DDQ aluminum plate is called deep-drawing quality aluminum plate. This aluminum plate is specially designed for high-difficulty stamping. The elongation is ≥53% (far exceeding the 45% of ordinary materials), and the grain is refined to 7.0-8.0 to improve plasticity.
Surface finish Ra≤0.8μm, hardness≤170 HV (mainly soft state O state), reducing the risk of stamping cracking, and meeting the deep drawing requirements of processing ratio ≥2.0.

Heat-saturation technology: eliminate internal stress, reduce intracrystalline segregation, and improve tensile properties (elongation can reach 20%);
Filtration technology: ensure that the aluminum plate is free of impurities and the surface defect rate is ≤0.5%;
Precision rolling: The foil rolling mill can achieve an ultra-thin thickness of 0.02mm, and the accuracy error is ≤±0.005mm.
