1. Standardized installation process
Base pretreatment
The base must meet the "three no" standards: no looseness, no cracks, no ups and downs. The concrete base should reserve a 2% drainage slope, and the wooden base needs to be treated with anti-corrosion;
Use a laser level to detect flatness, and the error must be controlled within the range of ±3mm/3m.
Keel system construction
Use 304 stainless steel anchor bolts to fix, and the vertical and horizontal spacing is arranged according to a 60cm×30cm grid layout, and the eaves are encrypted by 30% fixed points;
It is recommended to use galvanized steel for the keel, with a horizontal spacing of ≤50cm and a vertical spacing of ≤70cm to ensure a load-bearing capacity of ≥300kg/m².
Precise laying of aluminum tiles
Staggered paving from the eaves to the ridge, with a lap length of ≥8cm, and an expansion sealant (expansion coefficient 1.5 times) applied to the joints;
The corners are double-folded, and the special-shaped areas need to be customized and cut after on-site measurement, and the cuts need to be polished to remove burrs.
Sealing and reinforcement
Install windproof strips on the ridge and corners, embed weather-resistant sealant between the flashing and the wall, and use EPDM rubber rings for secondary sealing of the screw holes;
In coastal/windy areas, it is recommended to add wind-resistant clips and add 2-3 stainless steel fasteners per square meter.

3.Key points of periodic maintenance
Daily cleaning
Use a soft brush to clean the aluminum corrugated roofing sheets gutter every six months, and use a neutral detergent (pH6-8) to wipe stubborn stains. Acidic/alkaline solvents are prohibited;
Key inspection items
Check the looseness of the fixings within 72 hours after the typhoon/heavy snow, and use a torque wrench to tighten to 15-20N·m;
When the screw holes are oxidized and whitened, and the sealant is cracked, it is necessary to apply polyurethane sealant within 48 hours;
Functional testing
Use a thermal imager to detect the thermal insulation performance of the roof every two years. If the temperature difference exceeds the design value by 20%, the aging problem of the core layer needs to be checked;
Carry out a water spray test before the rainy season (flow rate ≥3L/(min·m²)), and it is qualified if there is no leakage for 30 minutes.
