We manufacture Aluminum Alloy 3003 H14 Sheet and Aluminum 3003 H14 Plate in China.
What is Alloy 3003 H14?
3003 aluminium alloy is a commercially pure aluminium with high mechanical qualities and is frequently used in industries. It is a medium-strength alloy with very good resistance to atmospheric corrosion. The alloy has superior mechanical qualities when compared to 1000 series alloys and is 20% stronger than 1100.
The 3003 h14 aluminum plate is a medium-strength alloy that contains 1.20 percent manganese. It is 20% stronger than 1100 series aluminum, making it a desirable metal for a variety of applications across sectors. It is very resistant to corrosion, quickly welded, and has excellent workability. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including sheet metal work, spinning, drawing, fuel tanks, tapping, and forming. H14 aluminum plates are easily produced due to their 3003 alloy composition. Debossing or embossing an alloy of this temper usually does not cause the metal to shatter or strain.
The H14 in this 3003 alloy identifies its temper, as well as the fact that it has been partially annealed and strain hardened. This makes the metal easier to shape. Another sort of 3003 H14 aluminum plate is the diamond plate, which has the same qualities. This diamond-patterned plate is slip-resistant and visually appealing. It's also lightweight but sturdy.
When employing cold bending procedures, keep the temperature at 30 degrees Fahrenheit. Cooking utensils, storage tanks, postal boxes, fan blades, kitchen equipment, architectural usage, and builder's hardware are some of the most prevalent applications for this alloy. It is also commonly used for truck trailers and beds, catwalks, flooring, decorative trim, and pathways.
The machinability rating for 3003-H14 aluminum is 97%, while 2011 alloys have a 100% value. It can be easily welded with standard welding techniques. There is no option for heat treatment.
