1000 series aluminum tubes
The 1000 series aluminum tubes offered by GNEE are based on high-purity aluminum and possess excellent corrosion resistance, thermal and electrical conductivity, and superior formability. Grade: 1050, 1060, 1100, etc. Temper: O/H14/H18/H19/H16

1050 aluminum tube
1050 aluminum tube is a standard high-purity aluminum tube with good corrosion resistance and formability, suitable for general industrial and decorative applications.

1060 aluminum tube
1060 aluminum tube has a higher purity than 1050 aluminum tube, offering better electrical and thermal conductivity, making it suitable for heat transfer and electrical applications.

1100 aluminum tube
1100 aluminum tube contains trace amounts of alloying elements. Compared to 1050/1060 aluminum tubes, 1100 tubes have improved strength and weldability while maintaining excellent corrosion resistance and machinability.
2000 series aluminum tubes
High-strength, heat-treatable 2-series aluminum alloy tubes possess excellent mechanical properties and fatigue resistance, but their corrosion resistance is lower than that of pure aluminum alloys. Grade: 2024/2014/2011/2219/2A11/2A12/2A14, etc. Temper: O/T64/T6/T3/T451/T651
2011 Aluminum Tube
An easily machinable aluminum alloy with excellent processing performance, 2011 aluminum tubes are ideal for precision-machined parts but are not suitable for welding applications.


2014 Aluminum Tube
Stronger than 2024 and with better machinability, 2014 aluminum tubes are suitable for heavy-duty structures and forging applications.
2024 Aluminum Tube

3003 Aluminum Tube

3004 Aluminum Tube

5052 Aluminum Tubes: A medium-strength alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and outstanding formability, 5052 aluminum tubes are ideal for fuel lines, pressure tubing, and general manufacturing.
5083 Aluminum Tubes: A high-magnesium alloy with extremely high strength and excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, 5083 aluminum tubes are widely used in ships and marine structures.
5086 Aluminum Tubes: Slightly lower strength than 5083, but with better formability, 5086 aluminum tubes are often used in shipbuilding and transportation pipelines.
5005 Aluminum Tubes: A low-magnesium alloy with good corrosion resistance and excellent anodizing properties, 5005 aluminum tubes are ideal for decorative and architectural applications.
5251 Aluminum Tubes: Higher strength than 5052, with good corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance, 5251 aluminum tubes are suitable for structural and marine-related applications

6000 Series Aluminum Tubes
These are heat-treatable Al-Mg-Si alloys that combine good strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and excellent extrusion properties. 6000 series aluminum tubes are suitable for structural and architectural applications. Grade: 6061/6063/6082/6060, etc. Temper: O/T4/T5/T6/T651/H112/H32

6061 Aluminum Tube
The most common alloy in the 6xxx series, offering higher strength and good machinability. 6061 aluminum tubes are widely used in structural, mechanical, and load-bearing applications.

6063 Aluminum Tube
Compared to 6061, it has lower strength but better surface finish and extrusion properties. 6063 aluminum tubes are an ideal choice for architectural and decorative tubing.

6082 Aluminum Tube

6060 Aluminum Tube
