1060 H18 Mirror Finish Aluminum Sheet Description
1060 H18 mirror polished aluminum sheet has a neutral salt spray test of ＞1000 hours, suitable for marine climate or industrial corrosion environment.
The tensile strength of 1060 H18 aluminum alloy is 265MPa, the hardness HB≥45, and the bearing capacity is better than that of conventional pure aluminum sheet.
Selection and processing suggestions
Thickness adaptability: Conventional thickness is 0.3-6mm, and the mirror reflectivity decreases slightly with increasing thickness (the reflectivity of 6mm plate drops to 80%-85%).
Surface protection: PE protective film should be applied immediately after processing to prevent oxidation or scratches, and the humidity of transportation and storage should be less than 60%.
Cost optimization: The price of 1060 H18 mirror aluminum plate is 20%-30% higher than that of ordinary aluminum plate, but its weather resistance can reduce the cost of later maintenance
