Aluminum alloy extrusion cooling profile must have the good extrudability and high thermal conductivity, usually with 1 a30, 1035 and 6063 alloy, but the latter use morer, because it besides extrusion and high thermal conductivity, and good mechanical properties, is more than 75% of the heat dissipation profiles are made of 6063 alloy production.
