Aluminum foil coil production method to reduce black bars:

(1) Ingot heating: heating the ingot to be processed to above the recrystallization temperature of the ingot to be processed;

(2) Hot rough rolling: The heated ingot to be processed is rolled repeatedly in multiple passes, and the head of the intermediate billet in the direction of the finishing rolling bite is rolled within a length range of 0-500mm to a thickness of 6-9mm, and the middle part of the intermediate billet is foil rolled and the thickness of the tail is 15-20mm;

(3) Hot finishing rolling: Using one pass of rolling, the middle part and the tail part of the intermediate billet are rolled to a thickness of 9-10mm. The emulsion spraying is turned on at the entrance side of the hot finishing rolling mill and the emulsion spraying is turned off at the exit side. The strip steel sleeve of the coiling mandrel at the exit side of the rolling mill is rolled and coiled. After the rolling is completed, the coiling mandrel shrinks, and finally a finish-rolled coil with a thickness of the inner ring coil thinner than that of the outer ring coil is obtained. (4) Coil cooling: After the finished rolled coil with steel sleeve comes off the line, it is placed in a suspended steel frame for natural cooling;

(5) Cold rolling: Multi-pass rolling is adopted. The first two passes adopt a large reduction rate and use work rolls with a roughness of 0.8-1.2 μm. The subsequent passes adopt conventional rolling. After multiple passes of cold rolling to the finished thickness, the aluminum coil is obtained;

(6) Heat treatment: perform air cushion furnace annealing on the aluminum coil;

(7) Finishing: rewind and slit the aluminum coil to obtain finished products;

(8) Packaging: Pack and protect the finished products.
