Color-coated aluminum coils, as the name suggests, refer to the drawing and coloring of aluminum substrate floors. Common types include fluorocarbon color-coated aluminum coils and polyester color-coated aluminum coils, which are widely used in aluminum-plastic panels, industrial manufacturing unit roof walls, aluminum shutters, composite panels, aluminum ceilings, cans and digital products.
Color-coated aluminum coil is a common polyester light-shielding aluminum widely used in aluminum honeycomb panels, aluminum ceilings, roof surfaces and scrap materials. Its overall performance is very stable and is no longer prone to corrosion, making it a new type of material.

Color-coated aluminum coils are divided into polyester color-coated aluminum coils (PE) and fluorocarbon color-coated aluminum coils (PVDF). It is an anti-UV paint. Polyester resin uses a polymer containing ester bonds in the main chain as a monomer, and adds alkyd resin. UV absorbers can be divided into two categories: matte and excessive gloss, mainly based on gloss. It can give colorful aluminum products rich colors, ideal gloss and smoothness, reliable texture and feel, and can further expand the experience of layering and three-dimensionality. It protects objects from exposure to the environment and attacks from UV radiation, wind, rain, frost and snow; the coating provides protection due to temperature differences, freeze-thaw cycles, corrosive gases and microbial effects. Especially suitable for interior decoration.

Fluorocarbon color-coated aluminum coil (PVDF)
Fluorocarbon coating refers to PVDF resin, which generally refers to coatings made from homopolymers of vinylidene fluoride or copolymers of vinylidene fluoride and different small amounts of fluorinated vinyl monomers. The chemical shape of the full substance based on fluoric acid is combined with the help of fluorine/carbonized bonds. The stability and robustness of this chemical shape make fluorocarbon paint's body habitation different from ordinary paint. In addition to its good resistance to wear and impact in terms of mechanical properties, it also has long-lasting resistance to fading and UV rays, especially in harsh climates and environments. After high-temperature grilling, the coating has a compact molecular shape and high-quality weather resistance. Fluorocarbon coatings can be divided into two categories based on their floor film-forming structures: ordinary fluorocarbon coatings and nano-fluorocarbon coatings.
It is especially suitable for indoor and outdoor decoration in public places, decoration and display of chain enterprises, exhibitions, etc.
