High-purity aluminum plate
Aluminum content ≥ 99.9%, representative grades 1050, 1060, 1100, etc., suitable for decoration scenes with high corrosion resistance requirements.
Features: excellent ductility, but low strength, need to be used with reinforcement ribs.
Alloy aluminum plate
Common grades: 3003 (aluminum-manganese alloy), 5052 (aluminum-magnesium alloy), 6061 (aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy), etc., with both strength and processing performance;
Application: scenes requiring high load-bearing capacity such as curtain walls and industrial equipment.
Composite aluminum plate

3.Classification by perforation technology
CNC punching plate
Adopt CNC punching machine to batch process regular hole types such as round holes and square holes, with an error of ≤0.1mm, suitable for standardized projects.
Laser punching plate
Supports complex artistic hole types (plum blossom holes, gradient patterns), with an accuracy of ±0.05mm, but the cost is relatively high.
Heavy punching plate
Thickness ≥4.0mm, with large aperture (such as 10-30mm) design, used for industrial filtration or guardrails.
4. classification by hole type and arrangement method
Regular hole type
Round hole: hole diameter 2.5-35mm, densely arranged to form a light-transmitting texture;
Square hole/diamond hole: hole diameter 5-20mm, enhance ventilation efficiency, used for ventilation ducts.
Artistic hole type
Plum blossom hole, hexagonal hole: achieve light and shadow gradient effect through parametric design, commonly seen on building skin;
Special-shaped hole (fish scale pattern, wave pattern): requires laser cutting customization to enhance the uniqueness of decoration.
Functional hole type
Micropore (aperture ≤3mm): used for precision filtration or acoustic noise reduction structure;
Louvre hole: has both sunshade and wind guide functions, suitable for ecological building facades.
Selection considerations :
Curtain wall projects give priority to 5052/3003 alloy + fluorocarbon spraying, thickness ≥2.5mm to ensure durability;
Art installations recommend laser cutting technology + high-purity aluminum plate (1100/1050) to achieve high-precision complex patterns
