:
1. First of all, it must be based on the aluminum production order requirements and the actual situation of the aluminum extrusion mold. The installation length is appropriate, the material is correct, the surface is smooth without grooves, and the quality (crystallization, composition, density, and no over-burning) of the aluminum is guaranteed. Great;
2. Pay attention to the identification and spacing of different aluminum rods;
3. Pay attention to the furnace installation position and chain width;
4. Pay attention to the fact that they are close to each other and not loose (use angle iron to block them, do not use aluminum materials that are easy to soften at high temperatures) to prevent the furnace from blocking;
5. Pay attention to ensure that the aluminum rod does not loosen or fall when handling, loading, and operating the furnace to prevent personal injury and equipment accidents;
6. Frequently check the firmness of chains, pins, runners, tension columns and other equipment;
7. Frequently check the actual temperature of the aluminum rod and the instrument value data (not exceeding 560 degrees). If the shutdown time is long, the temperature should be appropriately lowered (below 520 degrees);
8. Frequently check whether the flamethrower is running, the circulating fan is running, cooling water (water pump) and other equipment are intact.
