Aluminum Pipe ASTM 5052 5083 T651 40mm Round polished

Nov 05, 2025

Aluminium 5083 pipes are composed primarily of aluminium (about 92-95%) along with magnesium (4.0-4.90%), manganese (0.40-1.0%), silicon (0.40%), and iron (up to 0.7%). This alloy exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, especially in marine environments, and high tensile strength, ranging from 230 to 300 MPa. Its good fatigue strength, weldability, and seawater resistance make it highly suitable for marine applications. The magnesium content enhances the alloy's mechanical properties, such as increased strength and improved resistance to stress corrosion cracking.

To satisfy a variety of needs, we provide a large selection of premium aluminum tubes in different styles. Our aluminum tube products are available in a variety of shapes, such as the standard round, square, rectangular, and hexagonal tubes, as well as customized profile tubes that are used in a variety of industries. We offer specialized aluminum tube solutions for pipelines, buildings, decorations, and other projects.

Aluminium 5083 Pipes

Because of their superior qualities, aluminum pipes and tubes are utilized in a wide range of industrial applications. Because of its exceptional resistance to corrosion and strength at high temperatures, the 5083 grade magnesium-alloyed aluminum product is primarily utilized in the marine and other seawater industries. Excellent weldability and other favorable fabrication qualities are displayed by 5083 grade tubes and pipes.
Excellent and unparalleled qualities are provided by the presence of different chemical components in the grade. The grade that provides good tensile strength, high yield strength, and excellent welding properties at high temperatures includes silicon, ferrous, manganese, magnesium, chromium, and zirconium.
