Aluminium 5083 pipes are composed primarily of aluminium (about 92-95%) along with magnesium (4.0-4.90%), manganese (0.40-1.0%), silicon (0.40%), and iron (up to 0.7%). This alloy exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, especially in marine environments, and high tensile strength, ranging from 230 to 300 MPa. Its good fatigue strength, weldability, and seawater resistance make it highly suitable for marine applications. The magnesium content enhances the alloy's mechanical properties, such as increased strength and improved resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
To satisfy a variety of needs, we provide a large selection of premium aluminum tubes in different styles. Our aluminum tube products are available in a variety of shapes, such as the standard round, square, rectangular, and hexagonal tubes, as well as customized profile tubes that are used in a variety of industries. We offer specialized aluminum tube solutions for pipelines, buildings, decorations, and other projects.
