Aluminum foil for air ducts
Aluminum foil for air ducts is made from a special aluminum foil alloy that resists corrosion and metal fatigue. Processed to form a continuous lock seam, the pipe can be pulled apart, compressed, bent and re-bent without leaking. Can be used for concealed ventilation, no elbows required. Various applications include dryer ventilation, air conditioning, fresh air intake, heating and exhaust.
Aluminum ducts are specially produced for medium and low voltage heating, cooling, ventilation, exhaust and air conditioning systems. Aluminum ducts are made from an aluminum/polyester composite material, combined with a resilient frame made from harmonic steel wire, and insulated with a high-thermal acoustic blanket. Power supply (thickness 25mm), external glass mesh reinforced aluminized kraft paper for vapor protection.

Aluminum foil for air ducts
Aluminum foil is used for aluminum flexible air ducts, usually with a thickness between 0.01mm-0.1mm (the thickness selection depends on the required thermal insulation performance and the application environment of the air duct)

Advantages of aluminum hoses
Flexibility and Adjustability: Aluminum flexible ducts can be bent and twisted to accommodate different duct layouts and installation requirements. This flexibility allows it to be used wherever curves need to be crossed or space is restricted.
Thermal insulation performance: Aluminum foil acts as a thermal insulation layer in the air duct, which can prevent heat from being transferred inside and outside the air duct, thus improving the energy efficiency of the system.
Lightweight and Durable: Aluminum ducting is relatively lightweight yet durable enough to withstand changes in air pressure and temperature in ventilation systems.
Corrosion Resistance: Aluminum is corrosion resistant, which allows pipes to maintain their performance in humid environments.
Reduce Air Leakage: Properly installed aluminum flexible ducts can reduce air leakage, increasing the efficiency of your system and ensuring airflow reaches the desired areas.
Easy to install: Aluminum flexible ducting is generally relatively easy to install using specific joining methods such as tape or metal clamps.
