Benefiting from the rapid growth in market demand for food and beverages, new energy vehicles, wind power and photovoltaics, and 5G communications, aluminum foil demand and consumption have also increased.
According to data from the China Nonferrous Metal Processing Industry Association, China's aluminum foil consumption increased from 2.68 million tons to 3.1 million tons from 2018 to 2022, with an average annual compound growth rate of 3.68%. China Business Industry Research Institute predicts that aluminum foil consumption will maintain steady growth, with consumption reaching about 3.21 million tons in 2023.
