8011 aluminum alloy belongs to the 8xxx series of deformed aluminum alloys, with an aluminum content of more than 98%. The strength is significantly improved by adding 1% manganese. This aluminum-manganese alloy disc has excellent deep drawing performance and is particularly suitable for making aluminum packaging parts that require multiple stampings, such as pharmaceutical aluminum foil and food container covers. Its surface can be anodized to form a dense aluminum oxide film, so that the product still maintains a stable aluminum metal luster in a humid environment.
