5083 H321 aluminum plate provides excellent corrosion resistance, machinability, weldability, and medium strength.

 

5083 aluminum plate is an Al-Mg series alloy. It is a popular anti-rust aluminum with medium strength, excellent corrosion resistance, weldability, and cold workability.

Because of their exceptional corrosion resistance, 5083-H116 and 5083-H-H321 marine grade aluminum plates are commonly used for ship's underwater components.

After anodizing, the surface is attractive, and the arc welding performance is excellent. Furthermore, the alloy has good cold working and forming capabilities.

Because 5083 H321 aluminum plate possesses the aforementioned good qualities, it is widely employed in a variety of applications.

 

5083 aluminum plates are widely utilized in shipbuilding, automobile and aviation plate welding components, pressure vessels, refrigeration devices, television towers, drilling equipment, and other applications. It is widely utilized, particularly in the construction industry, due to its excellent forming and welding properties.

 

Furthermore, it can be utilized in car welding parts, subway light rails, pressure vessels (such as liquid tank trucks, refrigerated trucks, and refrigerated containers), refrigeration units, television towers, drilling equipment, transportation equipment, and missile parts, among other applications.

5083-h116 and 5083-H321 aluminum plates are more corrosion resistant and appropriate for oceanic environments than H111 and H112 tempers.

Although the temperature of 5083H116 and H321 aluminum sheets varies slightly during the manufacturing process, their corrosion resistance is much superior to other tempers.

Aluminum 5083 H321 refers to a processing method in which 5083 aluminum sheet is hardened and subjected to low temperature heat treatment, or directly heated during processing, in order to achieve stable mechanical qualities.
