Thickness Requirements for GNEE Black Aluminium Profile
The thickness of GNEE black aluminium profiles, while meeting performance requirements, should not be less than the following:
a. Main black aluminium profile: 3.0mm.
b. Glass edge covers and non-structural decorative strips: 1.5mm.
c. All aluminium profiles must be high-grade products for construction, and their allowable processing tolerances should meet the requirements of "GB/T 5237 - Specifications for Aluminium Alloy Building Profiles."
The material should comply with "GB/T 3190 - Chemical Composition of Wrought Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys."

Black Oxidation Treatment Process for Aluminium Alloy Surface
The common black oxidation treatment for aluminium alloy surfaces involves subjecting the aluminium to anodizing in a sulfuric acid electrolyte through the application of electric current, forming a thin oxide film of about 10 micrometers on the aluminium surface. This film is then dyed using a dye solution prepared with black organic dye.
Due to the presence of many microscopic pores in the artificially formed oxide film, the black dye can penetrate all these pores, turning the originally silver-white aluminium surface black.
To achieve a matte black finish, sandblasting can be performed before oxidation to create a non-glossy surface. The resulting surface after oxidation and coloring will be matte black.
The black oxidation treatment of aluminium alloy surfaces is a highly complex process. Various colors (including black) can be obtained through oxidation, requiring numerous chemical raw materials, primarily acids such as phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and others. The process involves multiple steps and requires heating.
