The principle of acid sand is similar, as both processes corrode the surface of the aluminum profile to achieve a natural matte effect. However, these chemical processes cause material loss and are not environmentally friendly. Additionally, the inner cavity of the chemically treated aluminum profile will also have a matte finish, whereas the inner cavity of the sandblasted aluminum profile remains bright. Therefore, the choice of matte treatment process for aluminum profiles should be based on product requirements.
