6061 Anodized Equal Aluminium Angle Description
6061 angle aluminum, also known as aluminum angle, is an industrial aluminum profile with a vertical angle of 90°. It can be divided into equilateral angle aluminum and equilateral angle aluminum according to the ratio of the side length. The two sides of equilateral angle aluminum are equal. Its specifications are expressed in millimeters of side width × side width × side thickness. For example, "30×30×3" means equilateral angle aluminum with a side width of 30 mm and a side thickness of 3 mm. According to the processing method, it can be divided into aluminum plate bent angle aluminum and extruded angle aluminum profiles. It should be noted that the strength of aluminum plate bent angle aluminum is much lower than that of pressurized profile angle aluminum.
6061 Angle aluminum belongs to a category of industrial aluminum profiles and also belongs to extrusion processing. Usually, angle aluminum is in T5 or T6 state. After heat treatment, the hardness will be greatly improved. It is mainly used in construction, machinery manufacturing, hardware processing and other industries.
After anodizing, a dense oxide film is formed on the surface of 6061 equal aluminium angle, and its resistance to salt spray and acid and alkali corrosion is significantly enhanced. It is a commonly used product for architectural decoration.
Compared with angle iron, the advantage of angle aluminum is that it will never rust. After aging heat treatment, it can obtain better strength.
