Structural Overview:

After assembling the frame, the smooth surface without grooves can be displayed on the outer side of the frame, ensuring the overall aesthetic appearance of the frame and facilitating subsequent cleaning and maintenance. The middle position on both sides of the profile is designed with process holes for profile connection. After threading, the frame assembly can be completed with special fasteners. The double process hole design prevents the profile from rotating after installation, which could otherwise affect the strength of the frame.

The 4080 aluminium extrusion and the 1N profile have similar performance characteristics and are both suitable for the assembly of load-bearing frames. Product Applications:

The 4080 industrial aluminum profile is a load-bearing material with high product strength and performance, making it suitable for assembling frames with strict load-bearing requirements. The 2N90 profile has an L-shaped right angle edge with no grooves, so it needs to be applied reasonably to different positions within the frame, such as corner structures, pillar structures, and middle beam layers.

Comparison with Other Profiles:

The 4080 profile belongs to the standard profile series and is also one of the slot 8 series profiles. Its connection method is the same as the 4080A. However, its load-bearing capacity is better than the 4080A, and it is also more expensive than the 4080A.

Commonly Used Right Angle Connectors:

The 4080 profile commonly uses two types of right-angle external connectors: angle brackets and connection plates. These two accessories do not require drilling during use and can be directly installed with bolts and nuts. For angle brackets, choose the 4080 specifications, and for connection plates, choose the 4040 specifications. Bolts and nuts should be 40 series M8 T-bolts with M8 flange nuts, or 40 series T-nuts used with hexagon socket bolts.
