Melting aluminum ingots: Aluminum ingots are placed in a furnace and heated to high temperatures, causing them to melt. This process typically requires high-temperature furnaces and ensuring the purity of the aluminum to produce high-quality aluminum foil.
Casting into plates: Molten aluminum liquid is poured into the casting machine, and through cooling and pressing, aluminum plates are formed. The purpose of this step is to form a larger aluminum plate for subsequent rolling operations.

Features and advantages
