Dry Type and Wet Type Lamination
Dry-type lamination is to uniformly apply a solvent-based binder solution to the surface of a substrate, then dry it by removing the solvent through a laminating machine, and then enter the composite roll to be combined with the aluminum foil, and the adhesive is pressed in a hot pressed state.

The dry composite method is the most commonly used method for producing aluminum foil composite packaging materials.
Its composite materials are widely used in the packaging of chocolate, cigarettes, medicines and cooked foods, and are a very important laminating process.
Wet-type lamination is to apply a water-soluble or water-based binder on the surface of a substrate.
Immediately after the binder is not dried, it is composited with the aluminum foil substrate by a composite roll, and then dried into a composite film by a drying tunnel.
The working principle is basically similar to that of the dry composite.
The difference is that the dry composite method is to apply a film of the adhesive, which is heated by a drying tunnel to be volatilized by the organic solvent in the adhesive and then combined with the aluminum foil.
In the wet composite method, the adhesive-coated film is directly combined with the aluminum foil, and then dried in a drying tunnel, and one of the composite substrates should be a porous material such as paper, fibrous tissue, etc., and the wet composite process is suitable.
