TRC has some characteristics of microscopic structure. High cooling speed was achieved by water cooled rotating series of TRC rapid solidification of casting strip. Therefore, TRC aluminum foil surface grain size than the heart and the non-uniform distribution of particles, dispersion phase, the solute content, the thickness of plate smaller eutectic structure. These characteristics may be harmful to the quality of aluminum foil, unless a suitable roll casting billet, the technological design of rolling technology, the annealing parameters and suitable chemical composition of aluminum foil. Figure 1 represents the main parameters affecting the quality of double roll roll casting aluminum foil. Pinhole and fracture is the main reason of the aluminum foil with wool properties and impurities. In this study, the aluminum foil in the porosity is the most professional manufacturers of aluminum foil to check. Due to the performance of the aluminum foil wool beyond category, cause of pinhole can be classified as the melting of impurities, rolling medium and directly in the rolling off according to mechanical shock.
